Texas Regulations and FMCSR Exceptions for Intrastate Commerce


The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) adopted the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) for commercial motor vehicle transportation within the State, with a few exceptions.
