Whistleblower Protection (Transportation)


Under the OSH Act, employees have the right to a workplace free of recognized hazards. When an employee appeals to OSHA to remedy workplace hazards, the employee may be labeled a “whistleblower.” This course teaches employees about the OSHA protection for whistleblowers in the transportation industry, specifically the commercial motor carrier industry.
